Exhibitors are able to set up after 11:30 am on Thursday, September 15th, 2011 until 4:00 pm. The arena will be open on Friday from September 16th 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.
ALL EXHIBITORS MUST BE SET UP BY 3:00 PM ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 16th. BACK DOOR OF ARENA WILL BE CLOSED AT 12 NOON.
All exhibitors are reminded that in fairness to late show attendees, we must not begin the dismantling of their displays until after 3:00 pm. on Sunday, September 18th, 2011. The dismantling must be completed by 9:00 pm, as this is when the arena closes. Exhibitors must have their property removed by 12:00 pm on Monday, September 19th, 2011.
